SUGGESTED ACTION
Authorize City Manager to execute agreement in amount
of $30,000, for the review of the Human Health Risk Assessment for the Sports Park project;
Increase appropriations in the General Fund (GP) and in the Department of Financial Management (XC) by $30,000; and
Increase appropriations in the Capital Improvement Project No. PW3080 in the Capital Projects Fund (CP) and in the Department of Public Works (PW) by $30,000.
