Discussion
The Personnel and Civil Service Committee, at its meeting held June 8,2004, considered communications relative to the above subject.
It is the recommendation of the Committee to the City Council that the communications be received and the following appointments confirmed: the appointments of Ricardo Linarez, Cathy Lounsbury, Lillian Parker and Andrew Tse to the Citizen Police Complaint Commission; the appointment of Ahmed Saafir to the Civil Service Commission; and the appointments of Leslie Gentile and Mitch Rouse to the Planning Commission.

SUGGESTED ACTION
