DISCUSSION
Michelle Anglo has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee, on November 5, 2013, approved the submission to the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Michelle Anglo, based upon a 69 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

Dwight Schmalried has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on November 5, 2013, approved the submission to the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board of four Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Dwight Schmalried, based upon 1) a 45 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, 2) a 34 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, 3) a 2 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, and 4) a 47 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
