DISCUSSION
William Arthur has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on September 17, 2013, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and William Arthur, based upon a 69 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary;

Philip Bernstein has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on September 3, 2013, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of two Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Philip Bernstein, based upon 1) a 26 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, and 2) a 33 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary;

Araceli Thue has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach.
