TITLE

DISCUSSION
Timothy Ferrill has made claims for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach.  The Economic Development and Finance Committee on February 5, 2013, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of five Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Timothy Ferrill, based upon 1) a 14 percent disability rating with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary; 2) a 55 percent disability rating with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary; 3) a zero percent disability rating with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary; 4) an 18 percent disability rating with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary; and 5) a 31 percent disability rating with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

Michael Frame has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach.  The Economic Development and Finance Committee on February 5, 2013, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Michael Frame, based upon a 47 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
