Since 2010, the State has made additional investments to continue this work, with a specific interest in funding analysis, employer convenings and other sector-based efforts related to alternative fuels. This included a $140,000 grant that funded a series of employer and stakeholder meetings (E-Mobility Task Force), coordinated by the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation (LAEDC), and a workforce study on the Alternative Fuels/Goods Movement sector that will be completed by December 2012.
