TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file a verbal report from the City Clerk on the upcoming elections of April 10, 2012.
 
DISCUSSION
With the April 10, 2012, Primary Election being held next week, a briefing from the City clerk Department concerning election administration milestones and phases will inform the Mayor , the City Council and the public  about what has been done to ensure an accurate, secure and well run municipal election.  Most importantly, the briefing would be another way for boters to know how, where and when to vote -- with the assurance that every vote counts.
