TITLE

Recommendation to respectfully request that the City Council rescind the action taken on February 3, 2009, for Agenda Item No. R-25; and approve the Alternative Proposition C allocation scenario.

DISCUSSION

On February 3, 2009, the City Council voted to approve the Equal Total Allocation Alternative for Proposition 1B proceeds.

This item provides a third scenario that includes Proposition C funds.  The three scenarios are detailed in the attached exhibit.

Approve recommendation.
