TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file the application of J & G Market INC, dba J & G Market 2, for a person-to-person transfer of an Alcoholic Beverage Control License, at 6190 Orange Avenue, with existing conditions. (District 9)
DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for Alcoholic Beverage Control licenses to determine if a basis for protest against the issuance of the license exists. The attached application lists the possible bases for protest.
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control will finalize this transfer on April 4, 2007. Accordingly, City Council action is required at the April 3, 2007 City Council meeting.

None.

Approve recommendation.
