TITLE

DISCUSSION

Thanya Reyes has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on November 21, 2006, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of 1) Compromise & Release in the amount of $10,000.00, and 2) a $5,000.00 buy-out of vocational rehabilitation benefits by the City and Thanya Reyes.

Approve recommendation.
