TITLE

Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute an agreement with the firm Richards, Watson & Gershon, in the matter entitled Jolly v. City of Long Beach, Case No. BC453032.

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the firm of Richards, Watson & Gershon for an additional $150,000.00, for a total of $245,000.00, in order that they may continue to represent the City's interests in the above-entitled case.
