Recommendation to authorize City Attorney to submit Stipulations with Requests for Awards for approval by the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, and if so approved, authority to pay $6,400 for the claim of Jimmy Brown; $54,350 for the claim of Debra Bravo Caston; $12,256.25 for the claim of Jackie Clark; $44,030 for the claim of Jason Garrido; $16,277.50 for the claim of Humberto Najera; and $5,915 for the claim of Deborah Rodgers in compliance with the Appeals Board Orders.
DISCUSSION
Jimmy Brown has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on April 3, 2007, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Jimmy Brown, based upon an 8 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
Debra Bravo Caston has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on April 3, 2007, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Debra Bravo, based upon a 48 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
Jackie Clark has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on April 3, 2007, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Jackie Clark, based upon a 19 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
