TITLE

Recommendation to request City Manager to identify funding sources and potential locations to address the needs of the East Division Station as well as other citywide public safety facility needs.

DISCUSSION

Due to the ongoing effectiveness of the pilot program regulating the placement and appearance of news racks on Second Street in Belmont Shore, it is appropriate that the City Council adopt an identical ordinance extending the program for an additional year. The current ordinance will expire unless renewed.
