TITLE
Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager to execute a contract with Zoll Medical Corporation, of Chelmsford, MA, for the purchase of 12-Lead electrocardiogram units, batteries and accessories, in an amount not to exceed $557,919 for a period of one year, with the option of renewing for three additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City Manager. (Citywide)
