TITLE

DISCUSSION

Plaintiff alleges he stepped in a water-filled pothole in a crosswalk on December 1, 2019, resulting in injuries.

Following extensive negotiations, Plaintiff agreed to accept $75,000.00 - inclusive of costs and fees -as a full settlement of this case.

The settlement was discussed in closed session, and approved, by the Government Operations and Efficiency Committee (Attorney/Client) on August 15, 2023.

SUGGESTED ACTION

Approve recommendation.
