TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file the application of Bistro On 7th, Incorporated, dba Bistro On 7th, for an original application of an Alcoholic Beverage Control License, at 3317 East 7th Street. (District 2)
DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for ABC licenses to determine if a basis for protest against the issuance of the license exists. The attached application lists the possible basis for protest.
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
City Council action is requested on September 5, 2017, to respond to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control by the September 9, 2017, due date.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact associated with this recommendation.
