DISCUSSION
Phillip Carroll has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on June 20, 2006, approved the submission to the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Phillip Carroll, based upon a 20 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

Jeffiey Davis has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on June 20, 2006, approved the submission to the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Jeffiey Davis, based upon a 67 percent and 57 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

Richard Gilliam has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach: The Economic Development and Finance Committee on June 20, 2006, approved the submission to the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Richard Gilliam, based upon a 81 percent disability rating with a further provision for a Life Pension at the rate of $81.17 per week to be paid...
