SUGGESTED ACTION

Authorize City Manager to accept the grant funds from the California Resources Agency for the Drake/Chavez Greenbelt Project, and to execute all documents necessary to implement and administer the grant award; and,

Increase appropriations in the Capital Projects Fund (CP) and in the Department of Public Works (PW) by $6,048,900.
