DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment to Agreement No. 33850 with Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP for an additional $200,000 to continue representation of the City in in the matter of Ochoa, et al., vs. City of Long Beach, USDC Case No. CV14-04307 DSF (FFMx).
