TITLE
Recommendation to receive and file a report on travel to Sacramento, CA on August 4, 2016.
DISCUSSION
On August 4, I traveled to Sacramento to seek support for a $14.1 million budget request for Greenhouse Gas Reduction Funds (GGRF) to value the environmental benefits of the state's existing three thermal resource recovery facilities. One of these facilities is the Southeast Resource Recovery Facility (SERFF) in Long Beach.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact with the filing of this report.

Approve recommendation.
