TITLE
Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute a new Fitness Provider Permit with JUXTAFLO, Inc., dba CrossFit Long Beach, for the provision and operation of outdoor fitness classes and personal training at Bluff Park, for a term of three years. (Districts 2,3)

DISCUSSION
On November 6, 2013, JUXTAFLO, Inc., doing business as CrossFit Long Beach (CrossFit), submitted a completed Fitness Provider Application to the Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine (PRM) requesting the use of Bluff Park for the provision and operation of outdoor fitness classes and personal training.

· Permit Areas: Bluff Park. CrossFit may request use of additional City parks and/or beach sites. Each additional site shall be subject to review and prior approval, and will be at the discretion of the City Manager or his designee.

· Permit Fee: CrossFit shall pay PRM an annual p...
