TITLE

DISCUSSION

Lisi Devoux was employed by the City from 1982 until his disability retirement on October 31, 2003. He sustained an injury on September 9, 2001 in the course of his duties. The City was unable to accommodate his disabilities resulting in his retirement. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on March 7,2006, approved the settlement in its entirety.
