Miles McNeeley

Miles is District 2 resident and an active member of our community. He is the Elder Justice Program Manager at Wise and Healthy Aging. Miles is the former Chair of the Human Relations Commission and former board member of the Long Beach Grocery Cooperative. He is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach where he received his Master of Social Work and his Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.

Citizens' Advisory Commission on Disabilities New Appointment

Stephen Adams

Stephen is the Facilities and Security Manager at the Long Beach Children's Clinic. He has been a Long Beach resident for more than 45 years and is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). Stephen is one of the ASL interpreters for healthcare patients in Long Beach at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center and St. Mary Medical Center.

Economic Development Commission New Appointment

John Thomas

John is a District 2 resident and has been a Long Beach resident since 1990. He is active in many community organizations, serving on the boards of the Historical Society of Long Beach, Long Beach Heritage, and the Bluff Heights Neighborhood Association. He is a passionate collector of art deco, a period enthusiast and is co-author of Long Beach Art Deco. John has owned and operated two small businesses in Long Beach for more than 10 years.
