TITLE

Recommendation to request City Manager to receive and file the presentation of Be S.A.F.E. Long Beach week into the record.

DISCUSSION

From June 1 st through June 9th, the City of long Beach hosted "Be S.A.F.E. long Beach Week." The purpose of the week was to work with a diverse group of partners to host a series of events urging a summer of unity, peace, public safety, and opportunities for youth and the community.

S.A.F.E. is an acronym for Summer Activities in a Friendly Environment.
