TITLE

Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute a Third Amendment to Agreement No. 31811 with the firm of Brutzkus, Gubner, Rozanksy, Seror & Weber, pertaining to matters involving Lehman Brothers Holdings Bankruptcy.

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the firm of Brutzkus, Gubner, Rozansky, Seror & Weber for an additional $50,000.00, for a total of $333,000.00, in order that they may continue to represent the City's interest in the above-entitled case.
