TITLE

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment to Agreement No. 30635 with the firm of Meyers, Nave, Riback, Silver & Wilson, for an additional $200,000.00, not to exceed $695,000.00, in order that they may continue to represent the City's interest in the above-entitled case.
