DISCUSSION

This lawsuit involves a collision that occurred on July 10, 2003, between a City police vehicle and an auto driven by plaintiff on Beach Blvd., Huntington Beach.  The police vehicle rear-ended the plaintiff causing the driver to sustain injuries and damages.

At a settlement conference, a tentative settlement totaling $10,000 was reached for the plaintiff.
