SUGGESTED ACTION
Authorize City Manager to execute all necessary documents;
Authorize City Manager to execute subcontracts with the following organizations for a period of one year; and authorize City Manager to extend the agreements for up to two consecutive one year terms subject to availability of funding and adequate performance in amounts as follows: Cambodian Association of America $10,000; St. Mary Medical Center Foundation for Families in Good Health, $24,000; and The Children's Clinic (Collaboration), $29,515.
