TITLE

DISCUSSION

Seven Bailey has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on September 20, 2016, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of a Compromise and Release Agreement in the amount of $85,000.00 less permanent disability advancement by the City and Seven Bailey.
