TITLE

DISCUSSION

Carlos Segui has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the Cily of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on April 17, 2018, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Compromise. and Release in the amount of $112,616.50 by the City and Carlos Segui (Deceased).

Approve recommendation.
