TITLE

DISCUSSION

Faustino Avila has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on December 20, 2005, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Compromise and Release by the City and Faustino Avila.

Approve recommendation.
