TITLE
Recommendation to grant an extension of time until August 5, 2005 for filing report of the Hearing Officer on the appeal for revocation of business licenses held by Gameplay, 6543 East Spring Street.

DISCUSSION
Hearing Officer in the above entitled matter hereby requests an extension of time for filing
report of findings, conclusions and decision pursuant to Long Beach Municipal Code
Chapter 2.93.050 B 5.
BACKGROUND
The extension request is based on the following considerations:
1. Hearing proceedings began on April 6, 2005;
2. Proceeding was continued several times through May 26, 2005;
3. Proceedings were concluded on June 21,2005;
4. The Hearing Officer requested hearing transcripts for his review prior to making a
decision.
For the above stated reasons the Hearing Officer requests an additional thirty (30) days to
submit his findings.
