SUGGESTED ACTION
Receive supporting documentation into the record and conclude the hearing;
Approve Disposition and Development Agreement with Stahl Family Trust; and
Adopt resolution; and
Approve and authorize the Execute Director to execute any and all documents necessary to implement the DDA.
