TITLE

DISCUSSION

Michael Wooldridge has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on January 16, 2018, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of two Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Michael Wooldridge, based upon 1) a 6 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, and 2) a 55 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
