TITLE

Recommendation to request City Attorney to prepare an amendment to Section 10.22.080 of the Long Beach Municipal Code (Parking Vehicles for Sale), adding the prohibition of parking "for sale" vehicles on Cherry Avenue from South Street to Artesia Boulevard.

DISCUSSION

Currently section 10.22.080 of the Municipal Code (Parking Vehicles For Sale) prohibits parking of vehicles with signs "for sale" on various streets. On Cherry Avenue from Market Street to South Street this restriction is already enforced.

At this time, I am requesting the City Attorney to prepare an amendment to the above section adding the prohibition of parking "for sale" vehicles on Cherry Avenue from South Street to Artesia Blvd.
