Fire alarm monitoring services are required to achieve Fire Life Safety acceptance and a subsequent Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) permit for the new Checked Baggage Inspection System building and Ticketing building (Buildings) at the Long Beach Airport (Airport). The combined annual cost for fire alarm monitoring for both Buildings will not exceed $2,000 for the first year. The agreement for each location shall self-renew for successive periods of one year thereafter and may be terminated prior to the expiration of a term upon 30 days prior written notification.
