TITLE

DISCUSSION

Joanne Warzoha has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on March 13, 2007, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board by the City, based upon 1) $11,000.00 for Compromise and Release, and (2) $4,000.00 to buyout vocational rehabilitation benefits.

Approve recommendation.
