TITLE

DISCUSSION

The purpose of this item is to suspend the Council rule contained in Municipal Code Section 2.03.020 (B) relating to the meeting schedule of the City Council in order to cancel the City Council meeting of November 7, 2023, and November 21, 2023, due to the City-recognized federal holidays on November 7 (Election Day) and November 23 (Thanksgiving Day).
