LAKEWOOD BOULEVARD, AS PRESCRIBED BY CHAPTER 2.63 OF THE LONG BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE TO BE RECORDED PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 27288.2 AND PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE SECTION 5029
