DISCUSSION
City Council approval is requested to amend Contract No. 35093 with D. Woolley & Associates Inc., for the continuation of professional land surveying services for the Energy Resources Department. The current agreement expires on October 14, 2023.

This matter was reviewed by Principal Deputy City Attorney Richard F. Anthony on September 7, 2023, Purchasing Agent Michelle Wilson on September 8, 2023, and by Revenue Management Officer Geraldine Alejo on September 15, 2023.
