TITLE

Recommendation to authorize City Attorney to pay the sum of $10,530 in full settlement of the governmental claim for damages of Rosalva Tepos.

DISCUSSION

On May 17, 2008, a maked police patrol vehicle collided with a parked vehicle owned by Rosalva Tepos.  As a resolut of the accident, Ms. Tepos incurred property and monetary damages totaling $10,530.00

The Economic Development and Finance Committee approved the proposed settlement on January 6, 2009.

SUGGESTED ACTION

Approve recommendation.
