TITLE
Recommendation to conduct an election for Vice Chair of the Oversight Board.
DISCUSSION
The Oversight Board needs to elect a new Vice Chair to replace outgoing Vice Chair, Eloy Oakley. It is recommended that nominations for Vice Chair be solicited and an election be held.

Approve recommendation.
