Recommendation to authorize City Attorney to submit Stipulations with Requests for Awards for approval by the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, and if so approved, authority to pay $17,297.50 for Alex Angotti and $6,475 for Eric Ledesma in compliance with the Appeals Board Order.
DISCUSSION
Alex Angotti has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on July 19, 2005, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Alex Angotti, based upon a 26 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
Eric Ledesma has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on July 19, 2005, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Eric Ledesma, based upon a 14 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
