TITLE

DISCUSSION

Plaintiff alleges he was injured on October 3, 2019, when his motorcycle hit a pothole and he lost control and fell.

Following extensive negotiations, Plaintiff agreed to accept $98,500.00 -inclusive of costs and fees - as a full and final settlement of this case.

The settlement was discussed in closed session, and approved, by the Government Operations and Efficiency Committee (Attorney/Client) on September 19, 2023.

SUGGESTED ACTION

Approve recommendation.
