Authorize City Manager to execute waiver of direct receipt of the City of Long Beach's sixth year allocation of $136,129 in Juvenile Accountability Block Grant program funds to Los Angeles County, in return for continued assignment of a Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney devoted to prosecuting crimes involving juveniles and gang members in Long Beach.
