TITLE

DISCUSSION

Brett Bush has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on May 19, 2015, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of 1) Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Brett Bush, based upon a 46 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, and 2) a Compromise & Release in the amount of $25,000.00.
