DISCUSSION

The following individuals have been elected in as new members by the general membership of the Bixby Knolls Parking and Improvement Area Association:

Alex Bikov - Farmers & Merchants Bank Andrea Testa - FreeSpirit Yoga Chuck Wilkinson - Mod-L-Mania Tiffany Taylor - EH&S Resources, Inc.

William Burkett - Howard CDM

The following individuals are re-appointments:

Douglas Off - Four Olives Cafe E. Thor Carlson - Thor Antiques 1. Brent Dunn - J. Brent Dunn Company, Inc.! Tec10 Corporation Mike Mendelsohn - Baja Sonora Dr. Phillip C. Solomon - sole practitioner

Confirmation of the above appointments would assure that the Board membership is reflective of the geographic and business character of the Bixby Knolls Area.
