TITLE
Recommendation to receive update on proposed Supplemental Educational Revenue Augmentation Fund (SERAF) shift of Redevelopment monies to the State of California; and authorize the Executive Director to cooperate with the League of California Cities, the California Redevelopment Association and other cities and counties in litigation challenging the constitutionality of any seizure by the State of California of Redevelopment Agency funds.
