TITLE

Recommendation to authorize City Manager to execute an agreement with the Law Offices of Michael M. Peters, pertaining to matters involving Civil Service Disciplinary Hearings.

DISCUSSION

The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the law Offices of Michael M. Peters for an additional $125,000, for a total of $200,000, in order that they may continue to represent the City's interest in the above-entitled matter.
