TITLE

DISCUSSION
Phyllis Knapp has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of her employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on February 12, 2008, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of two Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Phyllis Knapp, based upon 1) a 37 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary, and 2) a 67 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.

Manuel Lopez has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Economic Development and Finance Committee on February 12, 2008, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Manuel Lopez, based upon a 52 percent disability rating, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
